MAT PILATES

Every Monday 6:30pm George Tomlinson School, E11.

My mat-based pilates classes are for everyone. We will work the entire body through a series of repetitive exercises, helping improve your strength, coordination and mobility. If you’re a complete beginner, great! we’ll start with the basics. If you’re working with injuries there are plenty of adaptations, and if you’re looking to build on your existing expertise then there are lots of progressions and equipment for us to use. 

REFORMER PILATES

STOTT pilates is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates and this is methodology forms the basis of my classes. Reformer Pilates uses resistance springs making it perfect for rehab, or adding variety and heat to a mat workout. If it’s your first time, fear not, the machine isn’t as scary as it looks.

Looking to improve tone? Athletic conditioning on the cardio tramp could be just the ticket.

PERSONAL TRAINING

NASM trained, I use the OPTI methodology to enable you to reach your goals. Whether that’s training for an event, looking to lose weight, or for overall health reasons, get in touch for a free consultation.

Pre and postnatal pilates has my heart! It helped me endlessly through my own pregnancies and recoveries and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed delivering courses and sessions for the 100’s of women I’ve taught during their own motherhood experiences.
